Pantry staples, made the slow way, on purpose.

Jack & Clara Farmstead crafts honey, preserves, oils and dairy in small lots, traced back to the field and the hive they came from. No shortcuts, no fillers — just what the season gave us.

Our Manifesto

We make food we'd want to eat ourselves.

Jack & Clara Farmstead started as two backyard hives and a stubborn belief: pantry goods don't need forty ingredients to taste like something. They need one good season, honest handling, and a maker willing to put their name on the label.

Today we still cap every batch by hand, log the harvest date on every jar, and work only with farms and apiaries we've visited ourselves. If we wouldn't serve it at our own table, it doesn't leave the farmstead.

  • Single-origin honey, raw and never heated past the hive's own temperature
  • Preserves cooked in small copper kettles, batch-tested for set and flavor
  • Cold-pressed oils bottled within 48 hours of pressing
  • Every lot dated, numbered and traceable back to the farm
